   Wayne states" I believe a lot of the successes
   I have enjoyed with my career have come to
  me, because of my attending the CMAT
  Conference. Every year that I have attended the
  CMAT Conference, CMAT has presented the
  highest level of training with outstanding
  professional speakers and  many great new
  ideas were offered! When I say" I LOVE
  CMAT!!!" I really do mean it!
 

  Wayne Mack, President of CMAT, is
 the Director of Building Custodial Services for
 Montgomery County, he started out as a night
 shift custodian in 1986 and has been Director
 for 11 years.

  We all here on the board of CMAT look forward
  to a year full of new ideas, growth, and new
  frienships.  See you at the next CMAT
  conference in the fall of 2008, in Austin, TX!
